Silk screen printed products

Offset printing, as the name suggests, does not print directly onto the subject but rather through a blanket, and there are various types of equipment such as web and sheet-fed presses. When printing large quantities of roll paper or cut paper, color printing is done using four-color or five-color machines. The printing content is color-separated into YMCK colors, utilizing the opposing properties of water and oil, so that ink does not adhere where there is moisture, and ink is transferred from the plate to the blanket and then to the subject only in the necessary areas, resulting in the final product. Compared to silk printing, the thickness of the ink is thinner and has lower durability, so multiple prints are often done to ensure ink thickness, or a top coat is used to protect the printed surface of the product. Offset printing is suitable for producing large quantities of products.
